Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders will ship within 2-3 business days from the date of payment. You will choose the method of shipping, shipping priority, and the carrier. The cost of shipping will be added to the total purchase price during the checkout process.

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

United States Postal Service (USPS)
United Parcel Service (UPS)
Federal Express (FedEx)

If the shipping address is different from the billing address associated with your credit card or PayPal account, then an extra day may be added to verify the validity of the address and to prevent credit card fraud. Please notify the Gliderport through email or by phone if this is the case and provide some proof of residency.

Order Tracking

The tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, at the time of checkout. The Torrey Pines Gliderport will email a receipt of purchase that contains the tracking # to the email address you provided. Order tracking can be done via the shipping carrier web site. We will update your order with the tracking information, if changes occur from the Shipping Carrier. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
