This knife is amazing. It has a wide opening near the blade to allow not just lines but entire risers or webbing to be cut. The handle is balanced nicely in your hand. The cutting blade is a simple straight raiser that can be replaced if ever used, just to make sure you have the sharpest blades. Hook knifes are a great idea if your towing over water, a tandem pilot or concerned about landing under a reserve in a less than opitimal environment.

Easy to remove from the holding pouch, the knife will easily install on multiple places on your harness, flight suit, spreader bars, etc. It features an open handle for easy gripping inside or outside the knife, a powder coated aluminum handle and heavy duty construction with larger cutter openings.
