Under each grid there are 3 holes that pierce the polystyrene, so that air can enter from outside. If you don't wish this airflow, you can just close from inside the helmet the holes with some adhesive tape. Cut, a helmet built using the same technology as in military applications, including high-modulus glass fiber and high-density polystyrol to guarantee the highest possible standards of safety. We sell this helmet only with the visor. All our visors are antifog, antiscratch and have full UV protection

This helmet has 2 shells, a small one for the little sizes and a larger one for the bigger sizes.

Small shell:

  • Small (cm 56)
  • Medium (cm 58)
  • Large (cm 60 – 61)

Large shell:

  • Extra large XL (cm 62)
  • XXL (cm 64)

The size of a helmet is always described by the inner circumference of the internal padding. The size number therefore corresponds to the head circumference in centimeters. This helmet has internal padding that can be replaced by larger or smaller padding pieces, thus varying the helmet size. If the helmet is not a perfect fit, we send new padding free of charge, independently from where you bought the helmet. The important advantage: you can easily remove the padding and replace it with a new one or just wash it.

The 4fight model has been tested by the Italian laboratory CSI a company authorized by the Italian Ministry of Transport and recognized by the German TUV. All our helmets are designed especially for free flight and micro light pilots, in accordance with the European standards (EN 966). Our helmets were designed and built specifically to be as light as possible. However they optimize safety for hang glider, paraglider and micro light pilots, as shown by the information above. Designed by Ignazio Bernardi, with the technical consultancy from the greatest Italian helmet developer.
