<h2>CONCEPT</h2>
</div>
<p>The brand new X-Flare concept of the NG series consists of precisely calculated triangular flares inserted over the entire canopy. The X-flares ensure even load distribution and, in combination with the individually graduated line lengths, a very low canopy height with an almost uncurved top surface.</p>
<p>As a positive side effect, the canopy volume and the canopy base, which is important for opening behavior, are significantly smaller. This shortens the filling time and thus the opening time. High opening safety is achieved by the graduated line lengths. When packed, the rescue system offers plenty of surface area for reliable opening.</p>
<p>The projected area increases to the maximum. This increases effectiveness and reduces the sink rate. The result is an excellent sink rate of just over 5 m/s at maximum trailer load for all sizes of the NG series. This corresponds to a jump from a height of about 1.30 m. Defined outlet openings at all four corners and individually graduated line lengths ensure extremely low sway.</p>
<p>Due to the low canopy height and the X-Flares, which absorb a disproportionately high load, the base could be realized largely without reinforcing straps. This ensures low mass, which makes an additional contribution to fast opening at slow speeds</p>

<p>G-force brake is a brake parachute attached to the harness. It was developed to reduce physical stress when flying spirals. During spiralling huge G-forces impact on the body, so that is not possible to fly this task for a long time. Dizziness, nausea and even blackouts can occur. With G-force brake that risk can efficiently be reduced.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>G-force brake reduces the impact of G-forces on the body of up to 40%. The brake parachute reduces the amount of turns at constant sink rate. Due to its additional drag the pilot is pulled a bit behind compared to spiralling without brake parachute. Thus the glider canopy has a steeper angle towards ground and reduce altitude more efficiently.</p>
<p>G-force brake is particularly suited for high performance gliders with efficient aerodynamic characteristics and as well for tandem purposes.</p>

<p>The SALSA is a state-of-the-art square reserve chute that, thanks to its design, has a very short deployment time and high pendular stability – two factors that can be crucial when it matters. Large surfaces ensure a low rate of descent, and the symmetrical structure prevents system-related forward movement, making possible a stable descent with a pleasant landing. If you regularly pack your rescue equipment yourself, you will appreciate the simple packing method. The lines are stored in a separate compartment in the deployment bag, minimizing the risk of tangles and optimizing the opening process. <p>In the event of an emergency, you have to be able to rely on your reserve 100%. That’s why the PEPPER CROSS LIGHT increases your safety decisively. Thanks to its design, the square rescue chute has a very short deployment time and high pendular stability – two factors that can be crucial when the situation gets dicey. Large surface areas ensure a low rate of descent and the symmetrical structure helps reduce side drift to a minimum. This means that a stable descent with a pleasant landing is possible. Maximum safety doesn’t need to be bulky or heavy: the smallest sized PEPPER CROSS LIGHT starts at only 990 grams. </p>
<p>All who regularly pack their reserves themselves will really appreciate the inner container with its special line compartment. Robust materials ensure that this reserve will remain in top condition for many of years. </p>
<p>Five sizes cover a load of 55kg – 225kg, so you always have the right size with you from ultra-light to tandem use!</p>

<p>The new reserve <em>Control</em> is the Independence first fully controllable rescue system. It is made especially for pilots who are familiar with the functioning of controllable reserves. Less experienced pilots will surely prefer the reserve <a href="https://www.independence.aero/de/willkommen/rettungsfallschirme/trigon.html"><em>Trigon</em></a>. High controllability, a good glide ratio as well as an extremely low sink rate are unbeatable advantages of this rescue parachute.</p>
<h1>Fully controllable reserve: &#8216;Control&#8217;</h1>
<p>The rescue parachute <em>Control</em> is a reserve based on the principle of a Rogallo.</p>

<p>Our new <em>Trigon</em> series combines the unbeatable qualities of our cruciform lightweight series with controllability! The controllability og this triangular parachute is an option, which can be activated, so that in case of an emergency close to ground controllability can&#8217;t become a safety concern.</p>

<h1>Controllable reserve Trigon</h1>
<p>Like in our cruciform parachutes the effective and low shape of our new lightweight series <em>Trigon</em> makes these reserves <strong>extremely stable, fast opening</strong> and grants a <strong>very low sink rate</strong>. If required, <em>Trigon</em> is controllable so that you can avoid obstacles with this parachute. However its controllability is only an option, which needs to be activated when required. If the pilot doesn&#8217;t enable the controllability, <em>Trigon</em> works like a conventional, non-controllable reserve &#8211; an important safety issue regarding deployments close to ground.</p>
<p>A unique fabric exclusively manufactured for independence, made of 10D sturdy Nylon 6.6 with only 22 g/m² weight, which has proven its worth for years in our <em>Ultra Cross</em> series, made it possible to develop this reserve.</p>
